Philip A. Croatan, MS(k) created the proprioceptive muscle growth stimulating massage (PMGSM) therapy that stimulates muscle growth, treats paresis, facilitates peripheral neuromuscular reeducation, returns blood flow to distressed tissues, and promotes postural correctness. His research on prolonging anaerobic glycolysis has been used in collegiate and professional sport competitions and combines, such as the NFL combine, to set national records. As an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Troy University, he facilitated conference championships for the Men and Women’s Tennis teams in his inaugural year (2015). iamCREATUREscience designs and executes performance programs for clubs and schools throughout southern California, i.e, Herbert Hoover High School in San Diego. His philosophy of movement is based in global anatomical balance and osteopathic principles of health, wellness, and medicine. As a practitioner, Croatan has coached renown athletes in all arenas from the Mr. Olympia, The Davis Cup, NFL, and NCAA DI sports.
