As a 6’4, 250 lbs. athlete turned businessman and husband, Garrett possesses a unique blend of experience and expertise in Health and Fitness Sales and Sports and Fitness Management. His fluency in English and Spanish, coupled with certifications in performance training, nutrition, and soft-tissue manipulative clinical massage therapies, showcase his dedication to excellence.
Garrett’s exceptional abilities extend to various domains, including gym memberships/subscription sales, talent recruitment, team building, and corporate and company management. During his tenure as a District Manager of Personal Training for a well-known multi-billion-dollar fitness corporation, he revitalized poorly performing clubs, significantly increasing revenues.
Founding his online coaching and personal training brand during the challenges of COVID-19 demonstrates Garrett’s adaptability and innovative mindset.
